The website animeworld.gr concerns Japanese culture products and synonyms thereof. All returns are accepted within 15 business days as long as they meet the following conditions:
- The packaging must not be opened.
- The packaging must not be torn.
- The cost of returning via postal/courier is borne by the sender.
Refunds are only made for products that fall under the returns policy, as stated.
