Hitoshi Shinso is a student of the U.A. High School from class 1-C, though he expects to be transferred to the hero class for his sophomore year. Shinso's quirk, brainwashing allows him to take control of anyone who responds to him, if a person responds to him, he will be able to activate his power and that person will follow his commands. A person who has been brainwashed will be keenly aware of his condition but will not be able to speak or move his body. Shinso won't be able to activate his quirk if a person just doesn't respond to him. A person who has been brainwashed may also come out of his condition if he receives a sudden blow (a blow to the shoulder, for example).
